Sawback Range
Parent Area: Front Ranges

Area: 476 sq km.Location: The Sawback Range lies northwest of the town of Banff and on the west side of Forty Mile Creek. On the west it is separated from the Slate Range by Johnson Creek and Baker Creek. The south boundary is the Bow River. It runs as far north as the Red Deer river, see 1:50K maps, which show a Sawback Range label starting north of Saint Bride.
