Kenai Mountains (Alaska Peninsula)

Area: 65112 sq km. Location: The Kenai Mountains comprise the whole of an otherwise-unnamed peninsula, which juts SW out of the Alaska Mainland south of Anchorage. Montague Island, a large mountainous island offshore to the east, as with other smaller islands in this area to the south of Prince William Sound, has been included.

The Kenai Mountains are not to be confused with the Kenai Peninsula, which is on the other side of Cook Inlet....
