Yahk Range
Parent Area: Purcell Mountains

Area: 541 sq km. Location: The Yahk Range lies in between the valleys of the Moyie and Yahk Rivers. Its southern boundary is, for the purposes of this Encyclopedia, the US boundary, but the range physically extends into the United States, and includes 2348m Northwest Peak. The continuation of the terrain northeast is delimited by the Norge-Tepee and Tepee-Sunrise Passes; Yahk Mountain is not included in the range, but in the McGillivary Range which is just east.
