This article describes climbing The Helmet, which is an 11,000 subsidiary peak of Mount Robson.

Although this peak is described in the guidebook as being "a minor peak under the NE buttress of Mt. Robson," it is also one of my favourite 11,000' ascents, partly because it is climbed so rarely since it is overshadowed by its (very) big brother; partly because, like Lunette to the south, many climbers sniff at it as not really being a separate peak; but mostly because in my lengthy climbing career this was the last of the 11,000' or more peaks in the Rockies for me to climb.
