| Edge Peak South Ridge (almost)Ranges: Pacific Cordillera / Coast Mountains / Pacific Ranges / Garibaldi Ranges An attempt up snow gulley and ramps to the ridge south of Edge. Had to return before gate was locked. Shaun Neufeld had been “pestering” me for some time about going climbing so I finally gave in and we headed for Golden Ears to do some investigating up Evans Creek. I had been up this bowl before to <a href=RtePg.asp?RteId=212>climb Blanshard’s Needle</a> and noted a bunch of waterfall gullies on the SE face of Edge that looked like they might be good winter routes.
