Mount Conybeare drops steeply into the Fries Creek valley in the foreground. The gully between the main summit and the southeast subpeak on the left bears a remarkable resemblance to the Tim Horton's Couloir between the main summits of Mount Murchison. This face is visible from the gas stations east of the highway in the Garibaldi Highlands. It can be quite noticable on a clear early morning when it is lit up like this while the forested slopes around Fries Creek remain dark.
