Gladsheim from Gimli Area

This peak is #25 in Prominence List for British Columbia . Located in the Valhalla Range, just north of Mulvey Creek. An impressive castellated rock summit, the highest peak in the Valhalla Range. Excellent rock with lots of south facing exposure for sunny summer days. The overhanging Trireme Wall forms the west ridge of Gladsheim, while the West and East Molars, West and East Humps, and Wedge are all massive rock towers and subsidiary peaks found on the long east ridge of Gladsheim (all names but Gladsheim are unofficial)

Name Notes: Gladsheim in Norse myth was Odin's feast hall, where the highest gods met in council.
