A sprawling peak with wide, heavily glaciated north facing slopes. Very prominent as seen from any of the peaks to the north, such as Mount Burman, or Golden Hinde. Usually climbed from either just above or just below Bedwell Lake. (Class 3)

Name Notes: Thomas Taylor was minister of public works, 1908-1915.
